assessment is used this function knows what to do. You can call any of
the assessment functions described in \code{\link{assessSpikeIn}},
\code{\link{assessDilution}} and \code{\link{assessSD}}.

\code{affycomp.figures}, \code{affycomp.figure.calls},
\code{affycomp.compfigs.calls} are auxiliary functions.
